All refund requests need to be made within 30 days of delivery. For both new and worn condition, the customer is required to pay the return postage cost. If you have purchased from one of our retailers, you can still return the flip flops to us for a refund, however, we would need proof of payment.

Return Postage Cost
If you use our shipping label, you will be refunded as soon as the shipping label is scanned. (While the refund is processed immediately, depending on your financial institution, it can take up to 30 days before it reflects in your account.)

It's no problem if you would like to use your own postage method. Please contact us for the return address as we will need to notify the warehouse.
