All refunds and exchanges need to be submitted within 30 days of delivery. If you've purchased from our online store, then exchanges are 100% free if the flip flops are in new condition. For all refunds, no matter the condition, the customer is required to pay the return postage cost.
If you've purchased from one of our retailers, for exchanges and refunds, no matter the condition, you will be required to pay the return postage cost or use your own postal method. You will also be required to provide proof of purchase.
We have a 6-month warranty on all our flip flops for manufacturing faults. To submit a warranty claim, you will be required to upload a few photographs of the issue and proof of purchase if you've purchased from a retailer.
