All Archies Flip Flops purchased from our online store or from our authorised retailers are covered by a 6-month warranty against manufacturing faults.
In the unlikely event that you have received an item that is faulty or if you believe that your footwear has developed a fault while wearing them, please contact us straight away and we will do our best to sort this out for you.
Our warranty does not cover external damage to the flip flops in terms of cuts, scrapes, dog bites or cat scratches.
Please do not throw away your faulty pair as you will need to return it to us so that we can process the warranty claim.
The easiest way to lodge a warranty claim is via our online returns portal.
We will need the following information:
1. Date and place of purchase or order number
2. Proof of purchase (if purchased from a retailer)
3. A photograph of the issue
4. A photograph of the size stamp (the stamp underneath the flip flop that shows the US, UK and EU sizing).
Archies Footwear reserves the right to reject any returns or warranty claims that we believe have not occurred due to fair/normal use or in instances outside of the above terms and conditions.
If a warranty claim is rejected, the return postage of the original pair is at the customer's expense.
Our returns and warranty policy includes the rights you are entitled to under the Australian Consumer Law.
