Our online returns portal is there to make exchanges, refunds and warranty claims easier. Have your order number (12345-UK) and email address used to place the order ready.
*Please note, for the purpose of this guide, the screenshots are from different countries. The sizing may appear different and, as we are an Australian company, you might see the word "thongs" instead of "flip flops."
#1 - Go to our online returns portal

How to access our returns portal from our home page
Make sure that you are on our UK Website and click on Contact
Select Arrange a return - this will take you to our returns portal.
#2 - Enter your order number and email address
On the returns portal, enter your full order number (including the letters) and the email used to place your order. Click the blue arrow.
If the system doesn't recognise your order, make sure you've used the full order number including the letters. If your order is older than a year, as the portal is new, it might not recognise your order. In which case, please contact customer support.
#3 - Select the relevant order and complete the form
Click on the box to the left of the order to select the pair of flip flops and click on Return Reason
Select the appropriate return reason from the list and click on Done
Select the condition of the flip flops
Add a description and select your return option and click on the blue arrow
If you’ve selected Exchange, you will be required to add the details of the pair that you would like to exchange your order for.
Use the downward arrow that looks like a “∨” to select your colour and size, and click on the blue arrow once you’ve finished.
If you’ve selected Refund, you will automatically move straight to the next form.
If you've selected Warranty claim, you will be required to submit a photograph of the issue and a photograph of the size stamp underneath the flip flops so that we can identify the mould for QC purposes.
#4 - Complete your personal details
Complete your personal details. If you have any difficulty selecting your country, you might be on a returns portal for a different country.
The system will then generate an order return summary. If everything is correct, select Submit.
We will do our best to get back to you within 24 - 48 hours. You will receive an email from our customer service team followed by an email from our returns portal with the link to generate the return shipping label.
If you are returning your order for a refund or a worn exchange, as per our refund policy, you will be required to enter your credit card information to pay the return postage.
If you would prefer to pay via PayPal or have the amount deducted from your refund amount, please contact customer support for assistance.
You may also use your own postage method. In which case, please contact customer service for the return address.
If you do not hear from us within 24- 48 hours, please enter “Archies Footwear” into the search bar in your email inbox. Sometimes our emails are automatically flagged as spam or potentially blocked. If you have received no emails, please reach out to us via Live Chat or DM us on Facebook or Instagram and we’ll gladly assist you.
