Provide measurement instructions

Instruct them to select the size range that includes their half size.
Example: UK 6.5 → select UK 6 – 6.5.
IF the customer is a half size AND has a wide foot
Instruct them to select the size range up.
Example: UK 6.5 (wide foot) → select UK 7 – 7.5.
Width clarification
IF the customer does not specify foot width
Ask whether their foot is narrow, average, or wide before advising on half sizes.
Escalation
IF the customer remains unsure after reviewing the size chart and measurement guidance
