Tips for a Comfy Fit in Archies InsolesUpdated 21 days ago
Just a few tips - if your shoes have laces, you'll need to loosen them to help you position the insole inside the shoe.
Please make sure that you remove the insole from your shoes (if it can be removed) before inserting the new insole.
You might need to remove and reinsert the insole a few times to get it to sit properly and snuggly in your shoes.
Wearing-in period - Like all new shoes, our footwear has a wearing-in period.
The reason for this is that the insole is designed to mould to the shape of your feet. When new, the material has not yet been softened and shaped by your feet which is why it may feel uncomfortable.
We suggest wearing them for 20 minutes a day for two weeks. This will allow the insole to mould to your feet and your feet time to get used to being supported.
We have a 60-day Comfort Guarantee on our products. You can wear them for a full 60 days and exchange them for free no matter the condition. You can also exchange them for a store credit for our online store for free if you prefer.
If after 60 days they don't work for you, you can return them to us for a product refund less the return postage cost and handling fees.
