How can I exchange my order?

To return your order for an exchange, follow these steps:

Step 1: Get your order number (12345-UK) and the email used to place the order.

Step 2: Complete our returns form: https://returns.archiesfootwear.co.uk/#/

Step 3: Print out the label and attach it to your parcel. Drop it off at your nearest Post Office. As soon as the label is scanned, your new order will be created and shipped as soon as possible.
